About June Barton
d/o Milo and Evelena Cooper; w/o Charles Barton She grew up in Bow, NH. She wed Charles Barton in November of 1961, and they were happily married for 52 years when Charles passed away in 2012. June was a homemaker and stayed home to raise their two children. June cared for many children in her home during her life and enjoyed being a part of their days. She was an avid bingo and poker player and loved to socialize. She worked at Hannaford in Concord, NH on the front-end team for many years. June also had a love for animals and enjoyed taking rides in the car to see the world around her. She loved music, especially country western and Elvis. She would always tell stories about being a young girl and dancing her nights away at dances held in town. June would be known for her feisty attitude, smart witted remarks and loving hugs. Family members include (removed for privacy). Graveside services will be held on Thursday, January 11, 2024, at 2PM at the New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery.
