When signing in and viewing or contributing to a memorial you agree to accept the privacy settings that have been established by the administrator(s) to govern that memorial.

You own all of the content and information you post on, and you can control how it is shared through your privacy and application settings. When you publish content or information it means that you are allowing everyone, including people off of, to access and use that information, and to associate it with you (i.e., your name and profile picture). Special Provisions Applicable to Memorials

Memorials can only be established for persons who have passed within the past 30 years. If you create or administer a memorial on, you agree that you have reasonable claim to be the administrator of the memorial. Entity and Updates reserves the right to change, alter or modify these terms of use at any time.
